It’s no secret we both love to travel. We’re both innately curious, drawn to learning about and experiencing other cultures. But, with real-life responsibilities (and bank accounts) we have future-vacation lists a mile long. We’ve had the travel bug a little more than usual in the last week or so, so we’ve rounded up a few destinations that are at the top of our lists.
Greece
We’ll be honest, our initial desire to visit Greece was sparked by the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movies. But something about the deep blues in contrast with the white architecture is incomparably romantic and magical.
Costa Rica
When it’s time for an adventure-packed vacation, this is at the top of the list. Some of Haley’s family took a trip here a year ago and had the time of their lives zip lining, riding ATVs, petting monkeys and climbing volcanoes. We’ve consistently heard that the scenery is absolutely beautiful and the people are so friendly.
New England
A road trip through the east coast in the fall is one of our absolute dreams. We imagine driving down roads surrounded by the colors of the leaves changing, bundling up to have coffee on a foggy deck, and stopping to pick apples along the way.
Zion National Park
This park has fascinated us for ages. The landscape looks like something from another planet, and there are endless caves and valleys to explore. We’re not usually one to spring for backpacking or camping, but spending a few days in this park and sleeping under the clear skies full of stars sounds like a dream.
