Does anyone feel like the transition between summer and fall can be a bit rocky? Our skin and hair especially could use some extra hydration. So, this week we’re committed to taking care of ourselves from the inside out and really paying attention to how much water we drink. Our pledge is to go by the 8×8 rule: eight 8-ounce glasses throughout the day. Lemon, cucumber, hot water in the evening before bed and fruit flavored water are just a few of our favorites ways to drink it.

PS I am writing this post from Miami Beach and am heading home later this evening. The humidity, sun, and one too many cocktails have my body begging for more water so this is a challenge I’m taking very seriously! – A
