Starting the day off with some fuel makes all the difference for us. We feel more energized, stronger and we’re more focused at work. This week, we are pledging to start the day off with breakfast every morning.
Some of our favorite weekday breakfasts are fresh juice and a power bar, eggs and toast, a granola bowl with fruit, and of course, avocado toast. And usually, we do as much prep as we can the night before to make it even easier in the morning.
