In the last year or so, we’ve fallen into the habit of spending most free time, especially those moments right before bed, watching a TV show or scrolling through Instagram. Definitely not ideal for a good night’s sleep. So this week, we’re challenging ourselves to spend that 20 minutes before bed reading instead. It doesn’t matter if it’s fiction or non-fiction, novel or magazine, just something that gets us off of our phones and computers. We’re hopeful that making this simple switch will not only positively impact our sleep quality, but also help us to get through our reading lists a little faster!

I recently have been reading Kate Hudson’s book Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body. I can’t put it down!
