Summer seriously needs to slow down. Anyone feel like summer is just flying by? With travel, weddings and tons of happy hours, we’ve been totally out of our routine.
This week, we want to focus back on our workout routine and being more active. One way to track our progress is by counting our steps. Whether that means walking up the stairs during a break at work or taking a neighborhood walk after dinner, we want to make sure we hit 10,000 steps or above this week.
