Last weekend, we went to brunch with a friend from college at Bounty Kitchen in Queen Anne. If you haven’t been, you need to stop whatever you’re doing and run there. It’s so, so good. The food is all locally sourced and delicious. It was the first weekend we got 48 hours of sunshine in Seattle, so we were able to sit outside, soak up all the sun and chat about some of our favorite things: yoga and blogging.
Sunday was basically the best day ever. We attended Wanderlust here in Seattle, and if it’s coming to your city soon, we highly recommend going. It’s the world’s first mindful triathlon – the day starts with a 5K, then a 90 minute yoga session and 30 minute meditation. The 80 degree weather was the cherry on top of a perfect day.
On Friday night, we both stepped out for a date night and wanted to share two different, but very fun date night looks for whatever your night entails. Haley’s look is more casual, with the chambray dress and a pop of color on the purse. Ashley went a little more edgy with a crop top, a black slip skirt from WhoWhatWear and silver coat. Whether you’re stepping out for burgers and beer or fancy Italian food, we love every excuse to dress up and have a little fun with our outfits.
What’s your go-to date night look? Do you keep it casual or dress it up?
