This is SO true, and part of the reason for the detox. HA!
The year (and this fall!) have absolutely flown by and we know we aren’t the only ones that feel that way. Whenever we look at the calendar, the weeks keep slipping away. It’s totally crazy to us that Halloween is a week away, and then it’s Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Since Halloween is usually filled with candy and pumpkin pastries, we’re challenging ourselves to detox this week and get recharged for the weekend. At work, I find that my days are so much better when I’m having healthy snacks, drinking green tea instead of reaching for the snack cabinet and working out consistently always makes me feel better.
