Eat more green things.
This one speaks for itself — it’s time to balance out all of the holiday meals we’ve been indulging in the last few weeks.
Get moving.
We’ve both been pretty good about working out regularly the last year, but this year we’re branching out into new types of exercise (and have some exciting events coming up to kick this off).
Exercise creativity.
We both work in creative fields, but recognize the value of practicing other types of creative activities. So for us, this means branching out into new hobbies, whether it be getting back into piano, having a paint and sip date night, or signing up for a calligraphy course.
