Anyone else just feel like sometimes you need to detox? That’s what we’re focused on this week. Starting today, we’re going to cut dairy from our diet completely. No cheese, milk, yogurt or other kind of dairy product.
We’ve heard that women who cut dairy have better skin, less bloating and had more energy. Who wouldn’t want all that? We’re having to rethink our food prep a bit because honestly, dairy creeps into so many of our meals. If you have any suggestions, please share with us in the comments.
