We know we’re not alone when we say that November and December are two of our favorite months of the year. Everyone just seems to be more cheery, grateful and giving. And of course, the best part is more time with friends and family.
For all of you who still have Friendsgiving celebrations over the next few days and are looking for an easy and delicious recipe, we’ve found it!
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 2 eggs
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Whisk together and pour into pie crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and then lower temperature to 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Check with a toothpick about an inch away from the crust. When it comes out clean, it’s done!
We promise, it’s something your friends, family and even your grandma are sure to be impressed by. Enjoy!
