Happy Monday, all! With our 8k coming up (two weeks!) and summer just around the corner, now seems like the perfect time to cut out sugar for two weeks and detox our bodies just a bit. Whether it’s that extra splash of sweetener we put in our coffee in the morning or that piece of chocolate we reach for in the afternoon, we’ve decided to completely go cold turkey and avoid it all. We will load up on raw vegetables, which is supposed to help curb your sugar craving, and hoping that we’ll feel all the benefits by the end of the first week. We’ll let you know how it goes, and would love to hear any recommendations you have about cutting sugar out of your diet. Have an amazing week. Oh and get it, girl!
